Prayer is loving communication with the Lord. It is the intercourse of the soul with God, not in contemplation or meditation, but in direct address to him. It is the expression of our inner spiritual needs. Through prayer we can find strength of spirit, guidance, wisdom, joy and inner peace (Psalms 118:5-6, Psalms 138:3, Isaiah 58:9-11, Philippians 4:6-7, 1 Peter 5:7).
You do not need to be well-spoken to talk to God. In fact, He hears what is in your heart, even if you can’t express it well or even talk. And the Holy Spirit promises to express to the Father what you cannot.
In Wwpintl, we unashamedly bow our knees, pour out our soul before the Lord expressing our faith and trust in God.
